As of the moment, there isn't an integrated way to create a bank deposit when you're using the QuickBooks Online installed on your mobile device.

With this, let's consider creating your transaction while using logging in to your account using the desktop app or any browser application. You can do so by following the steps below:

1. Go to the +New button.
2. Under OTHER, select Bank Deposit.
3. On the Account menu, select your income account.
4. Enter the amount of your deposit.
5. Click Save and close.
