Problem loading Office assets in spreadsheet sync with Excel?

You are required to use the Office 365 edition of Excel to use Spreadsheet Sync and log in as an admin user in your QuickBooks Online Advanced, Jim.

Spreadsheet Sync won't load properly in Excel if your computer's default browser is Internet Explorer 11. To fix this, you'll need to upgrade to Microsoft Edge first by installing the required file. Once done, you'll be all set with Spreadsheet Sync.
