You'll need to update your billing information and install the latest update for your QBDT. This often fixes subscription errors and ensures you have the latest features and bug fixes.

The message you're seeing may be due to outdated billing information or an outdated version of QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). Please note that only the primary contacts on the account can update the payment details for your subscription. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to the Customer Account Management Portal (CAMPs).
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop from your products and services.
  3. Select details next to your QuickBooks Product.
  4. Select Edit next to your Payment Method and update your payment information. Once you’re done, click Save and Close.
  5. Open QBDT and go to the Help menu.
  6. Hover over Manage My License and select Sync License Data Online.

If your billing information and QuickBooks Desktop software are up to date and you still see a subscription error, try solutions 3-5 in this article: Fix subscription has lapsed error in QuickBooks Desktop.

If you have any additional questions, please feel free to revisit this thread.

@username2432833 If you have multiple accounts, make sure you’re logged in to the correct account with the active and paid subscription. If you’re having issues locating your account, you can try calling Intuit. Alternatively, check your email addresses and see the confirmation email, billing notifications, etc..
