Question

Recurring monthly invoices autonomously stopped in April...other than three which continue to work correctly???

Hi, has this happened to anyone else please.  All the settings look correct.  I have manually sent an invoice to a client checking receipt.  The invoice was no longer in the focussed email which is annoying - inconvenience nobody asked for!

I have manually sent all the missed invoices and updated the start date to the end of this month.  All the settings were correct and haven’t missed a beat for 7 years previous.  Hopefully this was a one off glitch.

I can understand how frustrating this is, when most of your recurring invoices stopped in April, while a few are still running normally. Because some are still working, the issue is likely with individual templates rather than a system-wide issue. Check the Recurring Transactions menu to confirm the affected templates are active and scheduled correctly.

If the settings are correct but the invoice still fails to generate, the template may be the issue. Pause the broken template, then either Duplicate a working one or create a fresh recurring template for that customer.

Regarding the invoice skipping the focused email tab, emails are likely being routed to the other, spam, due to recent email filter updates. Advise your client to locate the invoice email, open it, and select the option to mark it as a priority.
