When a report is unable to load any data, it's possible that your regular browser has stored a lot of cache, which resulted in an unexpected behavior. We can perform some basic troubleshooting steps to fix any browser-related issues.
To start, open your QuickBooks Online company in an incognito or private browser. This will prevent your browser from saving history and cookies on your computer.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: Command + Option + P
Next, go to Reports and run the Sales by Product/Service Detail or Summary report. If you see the transactions, our final step is to clear your regular browser's cache. Please make sure to close and re-open your browser afterwards.
