Subscription isnt listed in google

quickbooks says my subscription is managed with google but it is not listed in my subscriptions list for google play nor listed as inactive.

You'll want to ensure that you're using the correct login when signing in to Google Play. If everything is correct and the issue persists,  iI'd recommend contacting Google Play. They can check your subscription and reactivate your QBO account. This way, you can get back to business in no time.

 

Also, you can make changes to your billing info at any time. To do this with your Google Play subscription, I'd recommend checking out this article: Manage your subscriptions on Google Play.
