Thank you  Jmartinez39, for that clarifying question about more custom fields.

Tags are a useful feature for tracking transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO), such as tracking invoices, expenses, and bills. Currently we do not have an update about adding more custom fields. As of this time, the current limit for custom field is 100.

We would appreciate it if you could submit your feedback to our team in QBO to consider adding this feature in the future.

Submit feedback for QuickBooks Online:
1. Go to Settings.
2. Select Feedback under Profile.
3. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then select Next to submit feedback.
