Training Validation Code. I started the training last week and now I cannot sign back in .. please help

In QuickBooks, training with QBO is free and can only log in to the set scheduled date of the training. The Validation code when you log in may refer to the 2FA code.

  You can disable this Two-Step Authentication. This way, you'll be able to access your account. 

To do so, please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to the Intuit Online Account management portal.
2. Navigate to the Security tab.
3. Click Turn Off to expand the Two-step verification section.
4. Select Turn Off.
5. Enter the one-time passcode you received, click Continue.

Also, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Online Care Team so they can verify and investigate why you're unable to receive a code.
