Alternatively, you can try opening your QBO account in a private or incognito window. it could be the accumulated cache and cookies the browser is preventing you from accessing your company. Here are the shortcut keys:
Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome
Ctrl + Shift + P for Firefox
Control + Option + P for Safari
If it's now working well, close the private window and then go back to your regular browser. After that, clear its cache to delete the junk files. You can also switch to other supported web browsers to further isolate the issue.
