My QuickBooks Desktop Pro Plus 2024 subscription is active.  When I log in it tells me my subscription has expired and puts me in view only mode.  What do I do???

Can you login to CAMPS as the Primary Contact and check your license status? When is your renewal date this year?

We need to verify your billing information and sync your license data directly with Intuit's servers. Sometimes, a recent payment update or a temporary server delay can lead to this issue.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to the Customer Account Management Portal (CAMPs) using your primary admin credentials.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Desktop from your products and services.
  3. Click Details next to your QuickBooks Product.
  4. Select Edit next to your Payment Method. Update your payment info. When you’re done, select Save and Close.

After updating your billing information, return to QuickBooks Desktop. Then go to Help, click Manage My License, then hit Sync License Data Online.

Once you’ve completed these steps, verify that your billing status shows as active in CAMPs and that QuickBooks updates its status upon syncing. If you still see the subscription error, we'll then need to ensure your software is fully updated to confirm that your software build is current.
