You’ll need to cancel first your account to get a refund, @userpalvi-monga93.
Here's how:
In your QuickBooks Online, click the Gear icon on the upper right.
Select Accounts and Settings and choose the Billing & Subscription tab.
In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel.
Follow the steps on the screen to cancel your subscription.
You’ll receive an email for a confirmation. You can still access your account as Read-only for a year. I recommend printing or exporting forms and reports for future use. You can use this article to export data: Export reports, lists, and other data from QuickBooks Online.
Once done, you'll need to contact our QuickBooks support team. They will pull your account and check what they can offer about the refund.
