Question

We are moving from one accountant to another. The former was hosting our QBO. He cancelled but was still listed as our accountant. Now I can't delete him and add new.

It's great to see you back in the Community! Let's work together to figure out why you're unable to delete your old accountant and add a new one in your QuickBooks Online account. 

 

To clarify, I'm going to gather some additional information from you: 

 

  • What message are you receiving when trying to delete your accountant? (Screenshots are great as well if you have them) 
  • Were you on their billing or do you have your own billing for QBO?
