We're a small church, using QBO Essentials. Just purchased QBO Plus. Will we be able to migration company data from Essentials to Plus.

Login to your QBO Essentials account as the Primary Admin and navigate to Billing and Subscription menu. You can upgrade your plan to Plus and you don't need to purchase a new QBO Plus account to migrate.

Since you are moving your data to a higher subscription, you don't need to migrate; instead, you can take advantage of the extra capabilities available in the higher subscription. After the upgrade, your company's files will undoubtedly be accessible.

To upgrade, here's how:

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a primary or company admin.
2. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Subscriptions and billing.
3. Make sure your payment info is up to date.
4. In the QuickBooks Online section, select Upgrade your plan.
5. Review the available plans and then select Choose plan.
6. Follow the on-screen steps to upgrade your plan.
