We would like to cancel our subscription as of today we do not use this application

I've got you covered! It only takes a few easy steps to cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription. Here's how: 

1. Open QuickBooks. 
2. Go to the Gear (Settings) icon in the top right-hand corner. 
3. In the "Your Company" column, pick Account and Settings. 
4. Select the Billing and Subscription tab. 
5. Press Cancel subscription or Cancel online in the QuickBooks section. 
6. Follow the rest of the on-screen instructions to successfully cancel your subscription.
