If you're using QuickBooks Online, you'll have your Company ID. There are two different ways to find it. The first method is through the Billing & Subscription page.

Here's how:

1.Log into your QuickBooks Online account.

2. Once opened, go directly to the Gear icon.

3. Click Account and Settings under Your Company.

4. Select the Billing and Subscription tab, you'll see your company ID from there.

The other method is by using a keyboard shortcut with QuickBooks Online open.

For Windows: Ctrl + Alt + ?
For Mac: Control + Option + ?

However, if you're using the QuickBooks Desktop version, you can open your company file and press F2 on your keyboard. The Product Information window will open where you can see your license, product number, and other file information.
