When entering a customer payment paying with a credit card, how do I get rid of the new feature where you have to uncheck the box before continuing?

When entering a customer credit card payment, I do not want to enter the credit card number or have to uncheck the box. How do I get rid of this feature?

I understand how the checkbox for credit card payments in QuickBooks Online (QBO) can be an extra step you’d prefer to avoid. While there is currently no way to disable this feature, I encourage you to send feedback to our product developers, NBeck.

Please note that the check box will appear if you have QuickBooks Payments enabled. When entering credit card payments, you’ll either need to enter the credit card details or manually uncheck the box.

Hover over the + Create icon, then select Receive payment.
In the upper right corner, click Feedback.
Enter your suggestions and hit Submit feedback.
