When I log in, my company is cancelled. How do I reach someone at Intuit by phone?

Good morning, lunchlady.

 

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community for support. I'd be glad to help out and show you the steps to reactivate your account and reach assistance by phone as well.

 

Your QuickBooks Online account may be showing canceled (or on hold) if your debit or credit card on file needs to be updated. This can be after logging in, then:

 

1. Click on the company showing as canceled.

2. Choose the Gear icon in the top right corner.

3. Select Account and Settings, then the Billing & Subscription tab.

4. Click Edit beside of the payment method.

5. Update the card info, then select Save.

If you need to speak to the QuickBooks Online Support Team, they can be reached by:

 

1. Click the Help button in the top right corner.

2. Select Contact Us.

3. Enter Support in the field and choose Let's talk.

4. From here you can select to receive a callback at a time that's convenient for you.
