It is important that you know what you are charged for.

 

We have an article where you can enter details of the charge and we'll look it up for you. Please check this out: Understand Intuit charges on your credit card or bank statement. If we can't detect the charge, it means it's not ours. Check the description of the charge on your bank statement to know what it is for.

 

Alternatively, you can contact our QBSE Support team to check this for you. They have access to the account and billing information of our clients.
