I'll be happy to help you in figuring out why the vehicle loan aren't showing in your tax report.

When running reports in QuickBooks, it's important to make sure you're using the correct date ranges. This ensures that you're seeing accurate information of all transactions included within the specified date. Also, make sure to categorize your vehicle expenses. Always mark them as Business and use Car and Truck for the expense category. This way, QuickBooks puts your transactions on the correct line of your Schedule C.

  1. Go to the Transactions menu.
  2. Find a transaction on the list.
  3. Select Business.
  4. Review the category in the Category column.
  5. Click the category link and select Vehicle, and choose Vehicle loan.
  6. When you're done, select Save.
