Hello, @ict-vivofashiong. Let me provide some information about what data Shopify exports to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

QuickBooks Point of Sale (QB POS) and its related services were terminated on October 3, 2023. Users were advised to transition to Shopify as an alternative. The data exported by Shopify differs from that of QB POS.

With Shopify, you can export all your sales to QB, including order details like line items and taxes, orders and refunds with the associated customers and products, historical data, payments, and payouts. For more detailed information, visit this article: QuickBooks Desktop Point of Sale discontinuation.

If you need guidance troubleshooting common Shopify issues, you can refer to this article: Troubleshoot Shopify issues with OneSaas.

I'm here to support you with any other concerns you might have, not just related to Shopify integration. Feel free to reach out, and I'll be happy to assist you. Take care!
