Let's get your QBO App working. You'll want to reset your app by following these steps. 

 

  1. In your App home page, go to Help at the top.
  2. Select Reset App Data.

The above steps will clear cache the app, thus, fixes the unexpected behavior of the program. You can also check out this guide for other recommended solutions.
