Will my update ever happen since I have already put my credit card information in?

Let's check if the update will apply to your QBO account, pdhaning-gmail-c.

Are you referring to the credit card information for the account linked to your QBO account from the bank feed? If yes, we can click the Update button to refresh the connection and see the latest transactions. Here's how:

1. Go to the Banking menu.
2. In the Banking tab, click to highlight the account you're updating.
3. Hit the Update button.
   
    

Note: You need to update your credit card information within QuickBooks to reflect the changes you made from your bank website and match all information between your bank and the program. We can visit this link for more details: How to update your bank account sign-in information.

On the other hand, if you're referring the credit card information for your QuickBooks subscription, we can go to the Billing & Subscription page to review if the changes or update you made for your credit card information reflects successfully. I'll show you how:

1. Go to the Gear icon. Then, select Account and settings.
2. Select Billing & Subscription.
3. Review the information to verify if the update was applied. 

If not, we can use an incognito window and proceed clicking the  Edit icon.

• Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Safari: Command + Shift + N

From there, update all the information needed. After saving your change, the payment method will be displayed on the Billing & Subscription page.
