can some show me how to load bank statements in QBO ins a simpler way

Hello, Uniqua. You can request your bank statement from your bank in PDF format and manually attach it to the History by Account page.

If you haven't reconciled your account yet, you can follow these steps:

1. Go to All Apps and select Accounting.
2. Click on Reconcile.
3. In the Account dropdown menu, choose the bank account you wish to reconcile.
4. Enter the Statement ending balance and Statement ending date.
5. Click Start Reconciling.
6. Once finished, click Finish Now and then Done.
7. Navigate to History by Account, then click on Attach.

If you have already reconciled your account, you can go directly to History by Account to add the attachment.
