Question

Does anyone also get a error code 103 when updating to the Bank? I tried updating and fix now but I get a error that my login details are incorrect, but is correct.

Let's review some steps to troubleshoot and fix error 103 for your bank account, Esther20.

 

First, could you please confirm which specific bank account you are experiencing issues with? In the meantime, I recommend checking with your bank to see if there are any additional security requirements, such as a one-time passcode or token code, that you need to complete for your online banking. Additionally, copy the bank's URL and paste it into QuickBooks to ensure a successful connection.

 

After finishing these steps, go back to the Bank Transactions tab in QuickBooks and refresh your bank login details.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Transactions tab and select Bank transactions.
  2. Choose your bank account.
  3. Click Edit, then select Edit sign-in info.
  4. Manually input your bank's User ID and password.
  5. Click Save and connect.
