Good day, My FNB accounts cannot update, FNB does not know how to solve the problem?

I have another way on how you can update your bank, Elmarie-Meiring.

But before we start, are you getting a specific error message? There are times that your stops updating. If you experience this, you can manually update your bank account to refresh the connection. To do this, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Banking menu at the left pane.
2. Click on the bank account that you're working with.
3. Select on Update.
4. If asked, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials. Then press on Continue update.

If you're still getting the same result, you'll want to sign in to your bank's website and check if there are notifications that needs your attention.
