Let's go to the Banking menu to connect your Standard Bank business online account to the program. I'd be delighted to guide you through the steps.
Select Banking from the left menu.
Click Connect Account on the landing page, or select Add account or Link account if you've already created an account.
Enter your bank name or URL in the Search box.
Choose the bank emblem.
Click Continue. Manually enter your User ID and Password for the financial institution website in the pop-up window. You'll see onscreen instructions if your bank requires additional security steps.
Select the accounts you want to connect to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Choose the account type from the drop-down list for each account.
Once done, the system will automatically download transactions, so you don't have to enter them manually. I recommend reviewing, categorising, and matching to the existing entries in the program. Doing so will help ensure your financial records are correct, and there are no duplicates.
