We know the importance of resolving this concern as soon as possible, Brett. Let me give you insights about this.
Beforehand, can you provide the name and type of the bank account you reconnected? Any additional information you can give would be extremely helpful in resolving the issue. In the meantime, I suggest reconnecting the account via incognito mode or a different supported browser. It may help to resolve connectivity issues between QBO and your bank. See the following keyboard shortcuts for suitable browsers to open a private window:
Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: Command + Option + P
Ensure to enter the correct bank credentials when reconnecting your bank account. Using inaccurate or outdated information can cause issues with transactions or account access. To avoid problems, double-check any other required information before submitting it.
Thank you I tried using incognito mode but I had the same result. I can access my banking profile and I see seven of my eight nedbank accounts popping up the only one that is not appearing is the one I need I think perhaps because I linked it, maybe there is a rule that means it won’t show up any more
