Welcome and thanks for dropping by the Community, @hannelie-lewoof-.
To check if the browser's cache and cookies are causing this odd behavior, try signing into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) using a private browser (incognito).
Here's how:
Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox).
Control + Option + P (Safari).
Once logged in, try to connect the bank again to double-check. Here's how to do it:
In QBO, go to the Banking menu at the left pane to get to the Banking page.
Click Add account at the upper right.
Enter the name of your bank account and select it from the list.
Fill in the username and password you use to access the bank's website, then hit Continue.
Complete the security verification steps your financial institution requires and click Securely connect.
If it's successful, return to your default browser and perform a clear cache to refresh the system. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.
Please let me know if you have any other issues or concerns, and I'll get back to you as quickly as possible. I'm always here to help. Have a good one!
