I have duplicate bank accounts in my qbo

I have steps to resolve your duplicate bank accounts, @info11. 

I'm happy to help fix your duplicate bank accounts in QuickBooks Online. This way, you can manage your bank transaction seamlessly. 

If you're referring to your chart of accounts, I'd recommend making them inactive. This way, they will not show in your reports and account history. 

Go as follows: 

1. Go to the Accounting tab and select Chart of Accounts. 
2. Locate the duplicate account in the list. 
3. Click the small drop-down arrow under Action and pick Make inactive. 
4. Hit Yes.

If you're referring to your connected bank account, you have the option to disconnect that in the system. Ensure to exclude all transactions in the For review tab if they have already been downloaded. 

Here's how: 

1. Go to the Banking tab and select For review. 
2. Mark all the transactions in the list.
3. Click Exclude.

Once done, follow the steps below to delete the connection:

1. Go to the Banking menu and choose the tile for the bank account.
2. Click the pencil icon and select Edit account info.
3. Hit the Disconnect this account on save checkbox. 
4. Press Save and Close.
