Unable to connect our new FNB bank account to Quickbooks.

Keep on getting the message "Looks like the connection to First National Bank (South Africa) isn't available right now (102)". I contacted the bank, they indicated the problem is not with them and that I should contact Quickbooks.

Under banking, what is included in the "In Quickbooks" total? I have reconciled my bank. There is a big difference in the "In Bank" and "In Quickbooks" amount.

My bank has been reconciled. My transactions are correct. What is this "In Quickbooks" amount made up of? It never matched the "In Bank" total.

Upon going through the setup steps, it connects, but then it gives an error that it can't find the particular bank account and no transactions gets pulled in.

Bank feeds are broken, you either cannot connect or when you can connect it fills the transactions with rubbish. Quickbooks "Support" just seem to supply cookie cutter answers from their Forums which provide ZERO help Here's a screenshot of the broken inputs it feeds back when you try connect. No names, just rubbish.

Good day, How do i allocate a bank refund as a refund and back into the bank, it must not show as an income?

this was a failed transaction and refunded back into my bank account. I did allocate the transaction as a deposit but now it`s an income. how do i allocate it?
