To verify, we suggest reaching out with your bank institution to ensure your security settings and login credentials are correctly configured for third-party services like QuickBooks. Your bank can also guide you in navigating any additional security requirements to restore seamless integration.

If it is confirmed that there are no issues or additional configuration requirements in your bank, it is best to contact our Phone Support Team. In the meantime, you can manually upload your transactions into QuickBooks Online to keep your records up to date. After uploading, you can categorised and match the entries to prevent duplicates and ensure they are properly organise.
