Meanwhile, you can log into your bank's website to review if there are alerts that need your attention. Once signed in, please perform the following steps:

1. Review your account page for messages, notifications, or alerts. 
2. Check your bank’s website for any announcements.
3. Once done, go back to your QBO account to perform a manual update.

Here are the steps to manually update your account:

1. Go to the Banking menu. 
2. Select Update. 
3. Enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials.
4. Click Continue update.

Once your transactions are in, you can match and categorise them. They will go straight into your accounts after you review them.
