When you have a bookkeeper, it'll be easier for you to focus on the growth of your food manufacturing business. This is because you're able to get the help you need with your financial records and reconciliation process. With this, you can search or add an accountant through the My Accountant menu in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

You can find a bookkeeper, through these steps (if you doesn't have one in mind yet):

1. Go to the My Accountant menu.
2. Select the Find a pro to help button.
3. On the Find an Advisor page, fill in the necessary details like Location (i.e. South Africa), Service provided, and Industry served.
4. Select the one that'll provide the assistance you need among the selections.

Once you're ready to collaborate with your bookkeeper, kindly refer to this article to invite him/her to access your QBO company file and accounting info: Invite an accountant to review your accounting in QuickBooks Online. Keep in mind, QBO doesn't have the assembly feature. You may need a 3rd party app to do so to integrate with your QBO account.
