QuickBooks Online uses cache and cookies to help loading time faster. However, it can cause unexpected behavior when it's full. It could be that you're experiencing a browser-related issue that's why the system crashes.
To help us identify this problem, let's open QuickBooks using an incognito or private window. Here's how:
Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
If that works fine, go back to your original browser and clear its cache to start fresh. Otherwise, use another supported and up-to-date browsers can help us narrow down the cause of this issue.
