I'll provide a few possible reasons why QuickBooks Online won't let you connect your bank account:
The bank may not be a participating bank.
Your bank may not be able to link to all types of accounts (for example, personal accounts vs. business accounts).
The bank is undergoing system maintenance.
Some banks are represented by multiple names on our list. You may wish to double-check and choose the proper one, or try every available bank URL.
I suggest getting in touch with your bank to inquire about recent maintenance or to make a connection request for QuickBooks. Once everything is in order with your bank, make sure to choose the right bank name when linking the account.
