I have here some banking troubleshooting steps that help fix your problem, @Liz Leebody.
I’ll be here to help you every step of the way. Such that you can review your bank transactions as soon as possible.
To start, I'd suggest logging in to your bank website. From there, check for any announcements about new security requirements, messages, or notifications.
If everything looks good, I'd recommend doing manual updates to your account. For most banks, QuickBooks downloads the latest available transactions every night around 10 PM PT. Some may take a little longer.
Here's how:
Go to the Banking tab on the left side.
Click either the Update button or Manage Connections.
If the issue keeps going, I'd recommend manually downloading your bank data into the system. This way, you can categorise and reconcile your account whenever you're ready.
Here's how:
Sign in to your bank website and follow the instructions to download your transactions as a comma-separated value (CSV) file.
2. Go to the Banking tab on the left side.
3. Click the Link account drop-down and choose Upload from file.
Finally, can you give me the name of the financial institution with which you have an issue? So I can audit our reports and provide you with the exact resolution.
Please drop me a note when you get a chance, @Liz Leebody. I'm always here for you. I hope all is well.
