Hi there, Sara. Allow me to assist you in ensuring your transactions show up in your QuickBooks account.

Beforehand, could you let me know which banking institution is connected to your QuickBooks account? Any additional details will help me provide you with the most accurate resolution.

Please note that the import of bank transactions in QuickBooks depends on your financial institution's file format. The system can download historical data ranging from 90 days to 24 months' worth of transactions.

After that, QuickBooks will regularly download your bank transactions every 24 hours. Clicking the Refresh All button bypasses the usual system process and re-downloads historical transactions from your bank.

While we can manually refresh the list, the transactions that are downloaded still depend on what your bank shares with QuickBooks. I'd recommend visiting your bank's website to check for any announcements about changes or maintenance that may affect the connection.

Also, let's make sure to filter the TypeAccount, and Date to view All in your Transactions page since your transactions might be stuck somewhere.

Aside from that, you can also ask for a .CSV file for your banking transactions. Then, you can manually import  it into the program.

If you still need further assistance, please don't hesitate to leave a post below.
