Let's make sure you'll be able to update bank details in QuickBooks, autoshinecourier.
Are you getting any error messages? If you're unable to update your billing information, you'll have to make sure that the credit card provided isn't expired and invalid. Also, ensure you're using the web browser, not the mobile app in updating the information. After you've reviewed them, follow the steps below so you can update:
Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed
Select your profile ⚙ icon and then Billing info.
In the Payment Information section, select Edit ✎.
In the Wallet list, you can:
Edit the payment method used for QuickBooks Online billing (expiration date, billing address, and account holder name)
Add a new payment to be used for QuickBooks Online billing
Switch QuickBooks Online billing to the previously stored payment method
After saving any changes, the payment method will be displayed in the Payment information section
If your bank isn't automatically downloading bank transactions. you can run a manual update to restore the bank connections and trigger updates to your bank transaction To do that, I've outlined the steps below:
Go to the Settings icon.
Choose Bank Account.
Click Refresh All.
However, if it's still not updating, you'll want to download transactions from your bank's website into a CSV file to keep up with the latest ones. I've added this article for your guide: Manually Import Transactions Into QuickBooks Self-Employed.
You'll also want to reach out to our support team so they can double-check why this is happening and investigate this further. They have the tools to securely pull up your account.
Feel free to let us know if you have any concerns when updating the bank. We're always here to help you all the time.
