If you're referring to deleting an account in your chart of accounts, you'll need to make it inactive. I'll show you how:

1. Click the Gear icon, then choose Chart of Accounts.
2. Hit the dropdown button in the Action column.
3. Select Make inactive.

However, if you're referring to deleting your account subscription, please follow the steps below:

1. Click the Gear icon, then select Subscriptions and Billing.
2. Find the product you wish to cancel, then select Cancel.
3. Follow the onscreen instructions.

You can also merge duplicate accounts, customers, and vendors within the program. This moves all the data into the one you want to keep and makes the duplicate inactive.
