Has anyone had a glitch when scrolling to reconcile. The scroll is jumping past some of the entries and I can't select them

We don't currently have any reported issues with the reconcile feature in QuickBooks Online. To check for any browser-related issues that may be causing this, please clear the cache and Intuit-specific cookies on your web browser.

QuickBooks Online uses browser cache and cookies to run faster, but sometimes these can also block web pages from loading or performing as expected. If you continue to experience the issue, please get back in touch below.
