Having trouble connecting bank account to QuickBooks ,it said it connecting but it does nothing ,and bank account doesn't update on qb

Hello there, Enquire. May I know which bank account you are trying to connect to in QuickBooks? This will help us check if your bank has any known connection issues and ensure we get this sorted out.
 

Your bank might be doing updates, which prevent you from connecting your bank account. To verify, I recommend logging into your bank's website to check for any alerts or notifications that could require your attention. 

If everything looks good, attempt to link your bank account using the private window. This mode prevents your browser from storing cache and cookies, which often results in temporary glitches. 

In the meantime, you can manually upload your transactions to your account. This will allow us to ensure that all of your financial records are accurate and up to date.
 

Please note that once your bank is connected, transactions will automatically appear in your QuickBooks bank feed. To avoid duplicates, you can exclude them to maintain accurate records.
