I've got you covered, @cilpostfarm. We can connect your financial institution to QuickBooks Online (QBO) by navigating to the Bank transactions page.

Before proceeding, let's verify whether Zopa supports connection to QuickBooks. You can search for Zopa in the Connect an account page or paste your bank's URL into the search box. Then, sign in using your banking user ID and password.

If Zopa isn't listed, let's manually upload your transactions instead. Please log in to your bank's website and download your transactions as a CSV file. Once you have that ready, follow these steps to bring them over into QuickBooks:

  1. Go to the My apps menu, then Accounting.
  2. In the Bank transactions tab, click the Link account dropdown arrow, then select Upload from file.
  3. Click Upload from this device, then choose the file you downloaded from your bank. Then, Continue
  4. In the QuickBooks account dropdown, select the account you want to upload the transactions into.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

Please let us know if you need assistance with anything else. We're still here to help.
