Hi. I cannot get my santander account to link to qb’s. any advise?

I can help you with linking your bank in QuickBooks Online.

Can you tell me more about the error you're having when trying to connect to the bank? That will help me resolve the error you're having. 

Also, make sure to select the right bank and enter your bank sign-in info correctly. 

Here's how:

1. Go to Bookkeeping, select Transactions, then select Bank Transactions.
2. Click on Add Account.
3. In the Search field, enter the bank's URL (Ex: www.santander.co.uk/business).
4. Select your bank. If you see multiple options, you may have to repeat these steps to find the correct one.
5. Provide your login credentials on your bank's website, then click on Continue.

After adding your transactions, you can now match and categorize those transactions and reconcile them to ensure your books are accurate and there aren't any duplicate transactions:
