Hi. I have a Monzo account with a pot in it. I cannot see the money in pot here in the app and also I don't know how to categorise the money I transfered from main to pot

Hello there, Orchidsand. Let me share how Monzo pots work in QuickBooks Online.

The pots help you organize and set aside money for specific purposes, such as saving for a trip, paying bills, or achieving other financial goals. However, they are more like sub-accounts within your main Monzo account.

If you've connected your Monzo to QuickBooks, we can create Monzo as a parent account and then set up the pot underneath it as a subaccount. 

Please know that when the Monzo parent account is connected, QuickBooks shows the total combined balance, including all sub-account pots. However, QuickBooks Online cannot display or access the individual balances of the separate pot sub-accounts.

Additionally, if you need guidance on managing parent and sub-accounts or categorizing transfers from the main account, I recommend consulting your accountant for expert advice.
