Question

Hi there, can anyone give me an insight into how I can go back and "reset" my accounts to before I disconnected my bank account and re connected.

Before I disconnected and reconnected my bank account I could see all transactions and most of them were categorised. Now I can't see my accounts going back to year 2023. Is there a way to reset the account to before I un linked my account?

Could you clarify what you mean by "resetting" your account? If you disconnected your bank account from QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), please note that this action removes all associated transactions. This process is permanent and cannot be undone.

Upon reconnection, banks typically limit transaction downloads to a period of 90 days to one year. To include your 2023 data, you must manually add or import using a CSV file.
