Hi when connecting to the bank and receiving the transactions required how do increase the previous month's as only 3 months previous is showing up

QuickBooks automatically downloads up to 90 days of bank transactions. To import older entries, download them manually from your bank's website and upload them directly into QuickBooks.

Here's how:

1. Log in to your bank's website and download the older transactions as a Comma-separated values (CSV) or QuickBooks Online data (QBO) file.
2. In QuickBooks, go to All apps, select Accounting, then Bank transactions.
3. From the Link account dropdown, choose the Upload from file option to bring in the older history.

That way, you get the full history you need without being limited by what the live bank feed can provide.
