Let's perform some troubleshooting steps so you can load and save your entry. There are times that the browser stores frequently accessed data, thus causing websites, like QuickBooks Self-Employed, to act weirdly. Let's try logging in to your QBO account using a private. To use a private browser here's how:   

• Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome
• Ctrl + Shift + N for Mozilla Firefox.
• Command + Shift + N for Safari

Once logged in, connect your bank account there. If this works, it means that you need to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh. If you get the same result while using a private browser, I recommend switching to a different one.  

Feel free to use these links if you're prompted with a banking error. If you still get the same thing, you can manually upload your bank transactions to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
