Let me guide you on deleting your account in Quickbooks Online (QBO).

If your QuickBooks Online account is less than 90 days old from the date of signing in, then you can purge the data. The system then deletes all the data documented in the company. However, you cannot restore or reverse this action. You can purge your data by following the steps below. 

1. Log into your QuickBooks Online Company.
2. Change the URL to include /purge the company 
3. Example: Change https://app.qbo.intuit.com/app/homepage to https://app.qbo.intuit.com/app/purgecompany
4. A summarization of deleted items appears on the next screen.
5. To delete the data, type YES, then select OK.
6. Click Wipe Data once your preferences are complete.

Furthermore, you'll need to cancel your account or subscription to delete the QBO account if your account is 90 days old or older. 

Here's how:

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin user.
2. Go to Gear Icon ⚙, then choose Account and Settings.
3. Select the Billing and Subscription tab.
4. In the QuickBooks section, decide whether to Cancel your subscription or Cancel the trial.
5. Click Continue to cancel.
6.  To complete this process, follow the on-screen steps.
