Performing the basic troubleshooting steps will help you get back on track changing accounts.


To begin, open QuickBooks in a private or incognito window. This prevents the browser from saving your browsing data.


Here's how:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If you’re able to switch accounts, clear the browser’s cache to enhance your browsing experience. I also suggest running the Browser Health Checkup tool. This will help to ensure that the browser and system are optimally configured for QBO.
