Not to worry, userem. You got me here to help you entering bank payments manually.

 

All you need to do is navigate to the register and enter the transaction. I'll show you how to do it:

 

  1. Select Accounting in the left menu and click Chart of Accounts.
  2. Locate your bank and click on View register.
  3. Click on the drop-down menu under the Date column and select the transaction type.
  4. Enter the required fields.
  5. Click on Save.

By following these instructions, you can now add the payment into QuickBooks Online.
